Similarly, if you have a complaint we would encourage you to get in touch so that we can have a chance to fix what didn’t meet your expectations.

The clinic has developed a framework for managing complaints and feedback based on these principles:

3. We follow a complaints procedure and keep patients informed

4. We will try to answer all patient questions and any concerns raised

5. We want patients to have a positive experience of making a complaint

Patients can lodge a complaint at any time in any form – voice, mail or letter to Asthetics Medical Spa.  We can provide you with a complaints form if you prefer.  We will endeavour to resolve your complaint to the best of our abilities.

If you are unhappy with the way your complaint has been handled, patient complaints can also be made at any time to Healthcare Improvement Scotland (HIS).  A complaint can be made by individuals or through a third party. Complaints can be made about the quality of care and/or treatment-experienced, the clinic environment, poor treatment by the staff of Asthetics Medical Spa, operational and procedural issues, and service provider’s failure to follow the appropriate process and lack of information provided by the service/provider.
